Volunteer

Our robotics events would not be possible without the help of our many volunteers. We are always in need of volunteers and have positions available for people of all ages and levels of prior experience.

Our specific volunteer needs vary from program to program and event to event, but common volunteer roles include:

• Referees – Work together with the event's Head Referee to score matches and enforce game rules.

• Judges – Review teams' documentation and interview teams to determine the winners of judged awards.

• Match Queueing – Keep the event on schedule by making sure that teams are present at the field for their scheduled matches.

• Field Reset – Reset the field to its starting configuration after each match.

• A/V - Operate audio & video equipment to maintain a high-quality experience for people at the event and watching from home via Twitch.
